Judge issues arrest warrant

Judge Diego Vaca issued an arrest warrant for Edward Andrew Weinhaus, also known as Edward “Coach” Weinhaus, on June 10, 2026. The warrant was issued in State of Maryland v. Edward Andrew Weinhaus, Case No. D-06-CR-26-005694, in Maryland’s District Court for Montgomery County at Silver Spring.

Two misdemeanor harassment charges

Weinhaus was charged with electronic-communication harassment under CR.3.805(b)(1) and harassment by a course of conduct under CR.3.803. Both charges are misdemeanors and concern alleged conduct on June 9, 2026. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Separate stalking charges

Stalking charges were also filed against Edward Andrew Weinhaus in Case No. D-06-CR-26-003665.
